It’s the most wonderful time of the year! But oftentimes, the holidays magnify the issues we struggle with throughout the year such as unmet and unrealistic expectations. If you’re looking for a greater connection with the loved ones in your life, you’ll find it necessary to manage your expectations. When you know exactly what to expect from each other, you’ll breathe a sigh of relief and find the FUN at Christmas once again.

From M:

You’ve asked me to keep you up to date since your Chattanooga TN visit, here is a miracle. I texted this to my husband last night. I texted it because I didn’t want to cry. It would have ruined all I needed to say. Ok….

The Lord has answered my prayers. Even if I was rebellious when I asked.

He gave me fresh eyes to see you, your heart. A new heart to love you the way God wants me to love you and the way I want to love you, again. A new desire to want you and desire to need to be ‘with’ you, in all ways a husband and wife should be together. He also gave me an eager heart to want to spend every moment with you I possibly can.

I hope you’re ok with my clinginess and touchy feely needs. I hope you’re ok with all the kisses I want to share with you. I hope you’re ok with all the “I love you” ‘s.

I prayed for fresh renewed love and it happened a couple of days ago. I need you so much in every way. I love you always.

Jay and Laura, obedience is serious business when you’ve submitted your life to Christ in every way, for Him to use as He desires. That is when all things fell into place.

We can’t hold grudges and I was doing exact that. Hope y’all come back! We’ll be there! I’ll stand in any line to see you face to face.
